Modern Stile is a company born from our 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry in Phoenix.

As General Contractors and Luxury Builders we found a need where clients and customers seek quality cabinets and millworks, in modern and transitional designs with unique features at a fair price. This is achieved through assembling a team of designers, manufacturers, and skilled carpenters from around the world.

The owners of Modern Stile, June Bradford and Mitch VanDeveer are Entrepreneurs and own other small businesses in Phoenix. They have lived in the Valley of the Sun for 30 years and both have extensive experience in Construction, Finance, Management, and Employee Relations.

Our partner company MVAN Enterprises, Inc. is a full service residential and commercial General Contractor capable of assisting with any of your installation, Design, or remodeling needs. They are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. General Contractor ROC License #278947.
