Scope Of Work

Remove and replace flat Roofing System

1. Tear off all roofing and insulation down to deck and dispose of same (Current roofing system has 2” of built up roofing with gravel rocks).
2. Detach and reset Lightning Rods.
3. Apply OlyBond Adhesive (the existing substrate offers no mechanical attachment option).
4. Install  5” PLY ISO Insulation.
5. Install Tapered Insulation on area Labeled “A” (see attachment) to raise slope of roof.
6. Install Downspout area Labeled “A”.
7. Install 60 MIL TPO WHITE MULE HIDE ROOFING SYSTEM membrane.
8. Re-flash all curb penetrations using TPO flashing membrane
9. Re-flash all vertical walls using TPO FLASHING membrane.
10. Install TPO PIPE BOOTS on all pipe penetrations.
11. Install metal counter flashing on mechanical penetrations as needed.
12. Install metal termination bar on all roof perimeters and roof edges.
13. Refasten and re-caulk all existing metal copings tri polymer sealer.
14. Clean up entire job site.
15. Protective Measures - Build-up temp wall to prevent debris from entering water system, install tarps to cover water filters, build makeshift dumpster to haul debris directly from roof.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing System

1. Tear off existing roof ,remove, and haul off debris (Current system 3-Tab Asphalt).
2. Inspect and nail sheathing where needed.
3. Replace rotted plywood (as needed).
4. Install aluminum drip edge around perimeter of roof.
5. Install GAF Ice and Water barrier (on Eaves and valleys, around skylights, and chimneys).
6. Install GAF Feltbuster (Synthetic felt) paper on entire roof.
7. Install GAF Architectural shingles.
8. Install Cobra Ridge vent.
9. Remove and replace Flashing.
10. Clean and secure Gutters.
11. Tarp and protect house and shrubs.
12. Nail sweep and clean debris thoroughly.
