Seeno Homes continued to flourish and grow under the leadership of his son, Albert D. Seeno Jr and in 1997 Discovery Homes was established by third generation Albert D. Seeno III with the dream to carry forward a tradition of quality and excellence to be handed down from generation to generation.

I have excelled in fast paced, high demanding projects without losing focus of the projects intent and integrity. I indentify and mentor project management teams to build projects ranging from $4 million to $15 million. Our projects range from the continental United States to destinations across the Caribbean to Mexico.

A curious mind and willingness to learn is how this Psychology major found herself forming a career in the Construction field. I hit the ground running managing contracts and change orders amongst various trades involved in residential home building. Now, I coordinate with consultants and governing agencies to get these new residential projects off the ground. There is never a dull moment and always more to learn.

At an early age, I knew engaging with people effectively would play a huge part of my professional career. I remember cold approaching people at my local gas station trying to convince them to buy life insurance. After few hours and lots of no’s we were asked to leave. But I learned that day to overcome one of my fears. I learned how important it is to build brand awareness through multi-channel marketing and excel at my presentation.

Over the last 10 plus years in the real estate industry I found myself enjoying connecting what I learned in sale’s with my innate ability to bring buyers and sellers togethers by building relationships, with an acute sharpness to take this level of understanding to online sales and marketing. I am devoted to learning new marketing tactics from social media marketing to developing new and creative campaigns.
