Founded in 1986, Michael R. Berta, AIA Architecture and Planning is an award-winning full service architectural firm based in LaGrange, New York. The principal and founder of the practice, Michael Berta, AIA, began his career in the mid 1980's at R. Barry Goewey Architects (formerly Jack P. Fermery & Associates and Fermery & Goewey) in Northern Westchester. For twenty plus years he has worked there along with a stint in the early 1990's at Alfred Cappelli Associates. Berta has been honored with industry awards for Green, Renovation, New Single Family and New Construction Modular projects.

His body of work encompasses Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Real Estate Services along with Renovations, Additions and Interior Design.
