Scope Of Work
Electrical Tenant Improvement of a 3200 Sqft consisting of dividing the building in two tenant spaces and separating the service into two services with separate meter and panel for each unit. Installing new light and power for both units and hooking up the nails equipment on the roof. The inspection from the city of Gaithersburg passed at once.
