Our Story

VW Enterprises, LLC specializes in Utility Coordination (Road Projects and Master Planned Communities), Roadway / Parking lot lighting design and Disaster Restoration for dry utilities. We recognize the importance of scheduling during the planning, design and construction phase of every project.

In this business (TIME IS MONEY)

We also recognize that the delay in any one of these stages could result in an increase in cost and time. Our entire team is committed to solving this problem by applying over 22 years of experience in the design of electrical distribution systems. We deploy our own personnel to handle the time consuming process of negotiating with the various Utilities, Civil Engineers, Electricians, Architects and Municipalities on a daily basis.

Welcome to VW Enterprises     " Problem Solvers "

As a Developer/Planner, you are aware of the challenges of utility coordination when there is no single point of contact in dealing with the various disciplines (Architects, Planners, Civil and Electrical Engineers, Surveyors, Municipalities, and Other utilities).

Projects are constantly plagued with delays due to the lack of information, time and competing priorities by utilities, contractors and the development community.Relocation of existing facilities for road projects is a good example of such delays, adding weeks even months to the schedule. It is our primary duty to engage in early negotiations with all utilities to assure on-time installation or relocation of their facilities.

VW Enterprises is a service oriented professional consulting firm; organized to coordinate utility requirements in the public and private sector. Our specialty is the planning and coordination of electric, telephone, CATV and natural gas utilities in a timely and cost effective manner. Our involvement is from the planning stage to project completion. We have a proven strategy of taking a pro-active approach to utility coordination and producing positive results in the construction process.
