Scope Of Work
This design-build project with The Lawrence Group achieved LEED Silver. The Ground-up Medical Clinic consisted of a 50,000 SF, two-story steel frame medical facility, and interior finish-out for several departments. Flynn performed the site development of approximately 7.4-acre site including parking, landscaping, filtration pond, and detention pond.
