Lupine Properties, LLC was established in 2008 with a focus on providing charter schools throughout CA with full service support in real estate, construction and facilities maintenance services. Since then we’ve completed projects totaling more than 600,000 square feet and we’re still growing. Since 2016, the company has branched out to provide services to customers other than charter schools; has obtained a general contractors license with the CSLB (License Number 1032012), including C-10 (electrical); has obtained a Title 24 Inspection Certification and is actively involved in energy reduction LED lighting retrofits through the states Prop 39 program. In addition, Lupine supports Career Technical Education (CTE) initiatives by providing students in grades 9-12 with practical, hands-on training in the high demand construction industry. Our experienced professionals teach students real world skills for which they receive high school credits.
