Chuck brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer. Chuck has steadily risen in ranks within the company with roles ranging from project manager, to Vice President of Construction, to his current role. His intimate knowledge of the construction process and how to achieve high client satisfaction assists him in effectively managing the continued growth and direction of the firm. He also utilizes his expertise by serving as the main point for estimating, project management, bid submissions, and contract negotiations and execution.

April has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, benefit administration, 401K administration, succession planning, and much more.  She is the one who takes care of all of our crews - both in the office and in the field - and we couldn't do it without her!

Ashton has over 7 years of experience in the construction and project management fields. He has been responsible for both new construction and renovation in a variety of industries that range from education to retail to federal. His experience includes serving as Project Engineer, Assistance Project Manager and Project Manager.  Since joining Emerson in 2009, he has steadily advanced in his roles and currently serves as Project Manager on all of his projects.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and has attended numerous seminars, workshops and special presentations related to quality.

Bobby has over 28 years of experience in construction.  His expertise and dedication to quality are celebrated in the industry. Bobby's strong communication and planning skills make him a valuable asset to complete even the most difficult projects. The customer satisfaction ratings he receives are consistently among the highest in the company. His projects include large acreage, complex federal projects, educational and retail facilities.

Bringing over 40 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Chief of Operations, Henry’s project experience includes industrial, commercial and design-build construction projects, many in excess of $200 million. He’s worked with clients ranging from top Fortune 500 companies to municipal, state, and federal entities. In his current role, Henry is involved in all facets of design development, construction, and the warranty process and is responsible for processes for marketing, construction operations, and administrative/financial functions. Known for his relationship building skills, Henry has played a vital role in developing strategic alliances and partnerships as well as determining key project pursuits. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

As Senior Project Manager, Rhonda's role is to oversee the day-to-day operations required to achieve timely completion of her projects, with special emphasis on quality control and safety.  Specifically, Rhonda manages all project correspondence including contracts with the owner, subcontractors, and suppliers; budgets; change orders; RFIs and submittals as well as updating and coordinating the project schedule with the owner, subcontractors, suppliers and Emerson's own forces. She has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in coordinating and managing contract correspondence. Beyond the Project Manager duties, Rhonda serves as the bid captain on various bid solicitations, assists with pursuing new client acquisition & relations and project opportunities, and is responsible for corporate storm water compliance. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M Central Texas, formerly Tarleton State University.
