A Miami resident for 47 years attended Miami Senior High School 68' worked himself thru college as a draftsman drawing construction documents while attending and graduating from Miami-Dade Community College and Florida International University 76' Cum Lade.

After graduation in 1976 Pablo S. Garcia opened his construction firm in Jacksonville, Florida for 3 years and moved for 5 years to Johnson City, Tennessee as Construction Director for R.L. Booth Construction Company. Pablo S. Garcia managed and directed projects thruout Eastern Tennessee, Western Virginia, Kentucky, and South and Central Florida.

Upon returning to Miami in 1984 Pablo S. Garcia has directed and managed many types of projects from custom residential, affordable housing mid rise buildings, tract housing projects, institutional work (a three year project manager for facilities at the University of Miami) and is presently the design-builder in a concrete repair, restoration and waterproofing project in the City of Coral Gables.

Sunburst Construction Management Company, Inc. has a branch office in Pereira, Colombia South America where it is commencing to venture into the construction industry in this South American Country. The firm is looking to develop a small boutique hotel in San Andres Island, Colombia located in the Carribbean Sea off the coast of Nicaragua.
