Almost 20 years of experience in construction field, Kenny has experienced various aspects of construction including new building, extension, interior renovation of commercial, residential and hospitality buildings.
He gained a lot of abilities from construction field including planning, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, special material purchasing, executing, inspection arranging and job sign-off with his design back ground.
He received his bachelor of business management from Ajou University in South Korea and studied Interior design at NYIT.
In addition, he is a NYS licensed Real Estate salesperson and learns Chinese.
