We will make regular visits to the job site to record work completed since the previous visit.

Our custom built software will keep track of all of your job site photos by linking each picture to its corresponding drawing.  With our built-in slide show feature, you can now easily go back and review when work was completed as well as identify and resolve issues as they arise.  We make organizing your images simple by sorting them by location as well as date.  At the conclusion of your project, all files are exportable for an offline version that may be used as part of your permanent record.

We use the latest technology to create a virtual capture of your entire job site.  Our specialized camera will generate a high resolution 3D environment which can be loaded as a point cloud into your BIM system.  These models are interactive so owners and contractors can tour their site remotely.  The built-in laser takes measurements as it scans, which allow you to go back and take measurements.  This tool is perfect for QA and QC applications and may even be used to promote your property!

Our video documentation provides an extra layer of documentation.  Videos can be used to record progress, validate an insurance claim, train new employees on system operations and maintenance.

High quality photography of your building interior and/or exterior.  We will capture many angles to show off the unique and thoughtful design elements of the property.  Architectural photo shoots will often occur at dawn or dusk to capture the best lighting and mood.

Pre-Construction Photography is the most significant part of construction documentation and act as your visual insurance policy. You should not be held responsible for damage to neighboring properties that existed prior to construction. Without photographic proof of existing conditions, you may be held accountable.

Capture complicated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems with our MEP Photographic Documentation.  This service helps our clients track progress and resolve issues as they arise.  Having these photographs linked to drawings helps owners to have a sort of x-ray vision of their site.  If management ever changes, you can guarantee that knowledge of where these systems are hidden gets passed on to the next team.  This information is invaluable when it comes to renovations and additions.

At the end of any job, you should maintain a complete record of how a building or other job site was turned over to the client.  Our comprehensive photographic surveys capture every detail of every room.
