Our work can be found in the inner loop, Memorial, West University, River Oaks, Braes Heights, Tanglewood, The Heights, Idlewood, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, The Woodlands, Katy, Sugarland, Spring, Cypress, Kingwood, EADO (East of Downtown) areas of Harris County. We are fully insured and use only licensed subcontractors. We also work with our own suppliers and interior designers.

In 1969, Chuy Valencia began his construction career during his summer breaks at age 15 as an apprentice, assisting a Historical Society approved craftsman and Master woodworker, Rudy Castillo. Under the master mentoring of Mr. Castillo, Chuy learned hands-on the highly specific and necessary skills involved in the proper maintenance of one of our cities most note-worthy historical sites. The Valencia family, under the direction of Jesus “Chuy” Valencia has continued their tradition of quality expanding into New Home Construction, Outdoor Living, Summer Kitchens, Commercial Retail Construction, White Box Improvements, Interior fit-ups, Kitchen & Bath Remodels, Restaurants, Bars, Mixed use, Commercial Kitchens, Convenience Stores Shell-Construction,  Additions, Renovations, Remodels, Historical Restorations, Exterior Siding and Fire Remediation / Reconstruction.
