Every modular we construct meets government building codes and regulations and exceeds other companies standards in this industry.  Our supervisors inspect the product for compliance throughout the building process.  We will not accept a component that is built to the improper standards, therefore, it is virtually impossible for a modular home or structure to reach the end of the production line without being built to our standards.
