Scope Of Work
FDC worked closely with the owners and chefs of Zazu Restaurant and Bar, Duskie Estes and John Stewart, to help facilitate the move from the old location to the new Sebastopol location with very little down time. This exciting project was a 3,500 SF renovation of an existing historical building and features a full bar, open kitchen, and facilities specifically for the restaurant catering and salumi bar.
