Scope Of Work
This state-of-the-art storage facility features Sonoma County’s first climate controlled storage center. The use of earth-toned stucco perimeter walls and green metal roofing helps blend this facility into the rural setting along Highway 101 in Windsor, California. FDC was responsible for the market study, design, entitling, and construction of this facility. Beginning 12 months after completion, the facility experienced occupancy as high as 99% and never lower than 92%. The managers claim that the precise unit mix, coupled with a beautiful well planned storage, makes their job easy and fun.
