Scope Of Work
FDC teamed up with Kosta Browne Winery to build their new winery, located in downtown Sebastopol, CA and part of the Barlow development. The 55,000 sq. ft. processing and hospitality facility was built to help the company’s premium Pinot Noir brand expand and keep up with its high demand. Working with the ownership for over a year on design, development and permitting, FDC was able to create a highly functional but easily expandable facility that could keep pace with Kosta Browne’s amazing growth.
