Pacific Team Builders is well recognized for its remarkable quick turn around bids and doing a minimum of $1K worth of work per day. Unlike other companies we don’t think its fair to use the vendors money to fund the project. Our vendors get paid in a courteously timely manor once the job has been completed and approved to Pacific Team Builders standards.
