A Chicago Mason provides costs and work outlines, bids to ONLY ..... the BUILDING OWNER(S) and some in state management companies ... at our discretion.
NO out of state contractors will be given quotes!
NO so called contractors will be given bids ... that depend on others to complete work they sold without the ability to complete the site work themselves .... NONE!
That is correct .. we do not work with anyone not based in Illinois, we do not work with pretend contractors without employees that 'bid then sub' ... NONE will be answered.
We do NOT do any new masonry construction, unless it is part of restoring a existing building ... PERIOD!

We only work with OWNERS to restore their sites, Historic or just plain restoration of existing buildings is what is accepted by us for bid.
