Leading Edge Contractor Services, Inc. a fresh start up with a long history in the south Florida building industry.  Robert Comes, Owner/General Contractor, has been in construction for 25 years. Starting out of high school working for a heavy construction company hands on building large scale high rises, parking garages and municipal buildings gave him a solid base in how structures work and how they go up.

Later in his career, Robert moved on to working for companies that specialized in commercial buildings and build outs for medical, and professional office space, as well as, remodeling banks. From there Robert began working for a high end retail and custom home company where he was intricate in retrofitting older buildings in the Design District, Wynwood and Lincoln Road area into high end retail spaces. He worked closely with city officials to expedite the process as these jobs had very tight timelines that revolved around Art Basel and Miami’s tourist season.

We bring you all this experience backed up with a winning team of supervisors, and a well-staffed labor force. All of our employees are covered by insurance and a workmen’s compensation policy which we will provide to you. Our front office is also well equipped to handle all of the day to day paperwork, contracts and accounting.
