Scope Of Work
As part of Cedar Park’s new Presidio development, which sits on 100 acres on Parmer Lane south of RM1431, American Constructors built the first two-story, 24,000-square-foot office building and is leasing half of the space.
The mixed-use development will bring new offices, shops, restaurants, a hotel, and an apartment complex to the area. Riverside Resources, the development firm behind the project, views Presidio as an extension of the technology corridor that has continued to grow in the northwest part of the region. The project’s vision is to bring an urban, walkable development to Cedar Park, with amenities such as a trail system, park, and food trailer court.
