All American is owned and managed by Dennis W. Capps who also owned and managed All American Tractor Services, Inc.  We have been serving the Tampa Bay area since 1999.  We approach our business practices as Christians, we believe in family, we are proud citizens of the United States of America.

We are multi-talented individuals with a common sense approach, we started out as a grading contractor for residential builders and home owners.  Some of the home builders that we have worked with include Arvida, David Weekley, Ryland, Premier, Connell Homes, and Rivercrest.

We are a State Certified General Contractor (Lic. # CGC1511434) and a State Certified Underground Utility Contractor (Lic. # CUC1224499).
