Scope Of Work

Installation of overhead platform amongst existing cooling towers.

This project presented unique challenges that, like all other Arizona Wrangler projects, were overcome to the satisfaction of all parties involved. To begin with, the project was an entire as-built. While plans and specs were provided, the design demanded precision construction as well as the following challenges:

• Structural
  • re-face of concrete pillars due to chemical corrosion
  • new mounting plates designed on-site
  • epoxy anchor bolts into all mounting structures
  • design around, through, and over existing piping
• Erection
  • fly-in with crane via radio comms
  • each piece individually secured together in order
  • grates held down by self-tapping screws

The entire construction process was performed as a value-engineered build, with zero delays. Project was completed with owner and inspector more than happy with the precision work done by Arizona Wrangler Construction.
