'Our' minimum consists of delivering quality work, timely communication, and exceeding expectations. We also have spent countless time, money, and other resources on in-house research and development. 1. We are the company GC's and Clients call to fix other contractor's 'work'. We are upfront about expectations and would rather risk losing a potential project on the basis of being honest rather than take a client's money and as a result, have a dissatisfied customer. The metro valley area may have a population of several million people, but it's our reputation that is a pillar of our continued success. Our reputation matters to us.

1. We go further than above and beyond. We coordinate our work strategically, communicate effectively, and honorably follow through with our word. But we are also much more than that, our team members are out of the box thinkers that think on their feet to create solutions on the fly. This in turn saves the end client money and time. We are a strategy based company, you come to us with a problem and we will provide you with a solution. 

• Why did you get started?

1. We want to lead the change in the decorative concrete industry. This is where I (Alan) break off from the corporate mumbo jumbo. I started this company because I was tired of seeing subpar polished floors...or floors that were ground once or twice and sold as "polished". It personally irks me to see that. I wanted to deliver a great and honest service to each and every customer that books us. Of course not every client wants a polished floor, they may just want a grind & seal or simply a sealed floor, but because our company ethos is all about integrity, I'm pushing for honesty at all times. A smile on the project manager or end client's face is what I seek. If that occurs, mission accomplished! 

For qualifying projects, we will offer a free on site mock-up for polished concrete because we are that confident you'll be pleased with the result.
