Scope Of Work

ARKK Builders did an excellent job for us to Structurally re-fortify our 12 unit, four story, steel framed building along the beach in Brigantine New Jersey. The original builder used non-galvanized steel that was badly deteriorated by the salt air in many places. Structural steel support columns and beams and two stair towers had to be replaced along with repairs throughout the building. The deterioration was so bad that our building was in jeopardy of being closed down by the local municipality for safety defects. ARKK Builders did an outstanding job of working with our structural engineer to assess the problem and to determine the best plan of correction. The owner of ARKK Builders, Bob Stieger, met with our condo board and presented a proposal to make the necessary repairs. In the end, we were extremely pleased with the quality of work done. ARKK met its scheduled completion date, kept the property clean and safe during the construction and completed its punch list items at the end, all in a very responsible and thorough manner. We have nothing but the highest compliments for ARKK Builders and for Bob Stieger in particular. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and reliable and highly recommend him.
