Our Story
Partners, Kim Thompson and Bill Baxter, have guided Brigh Contracting since its inception in 2002. Together, they have a combined over 50 years experience with everything from concrete driveways to roadway, back yard patios to bridge parapets. Prior to Brigh, both worked in the Heavy Highway construction industry, building many of the roads in bridges in Pennsylvania. Their positions included responsibilities in finance, equipment management, on-site supervision, bidding, training, operations management, project management, and coordinating contractors. This experience has directly translated to hands-on know how to direct Brigh Construction, focusing on Industrial, Commercial, and Residential concrete projects.
