Scope Of Work
New construction, ground-up restaurant. We overcame a long delay with the county putting a hold on the job due because the job was categorized as a remodel initially. However, because of the work required, the county ruled the project as a new construction, which involved a different process including holding a community meeting for feedback. The delay was three months and led to us rearranging our project schedule to accommodate the customer's needs.
