CEI Concrete. is a construction management and General construction company located in the Maryland Area, MD. CEI is a small minority owned business, incorporated in the state of Maryland. CEI has a MBE CERTIFICATION # 09-005357 and MDOT CERTIFICATION # 09-624. The company was founded by Jay G Puma in the 1970's and has the combined experience (but not limited to) the following:
