What We Do

Radiance provides an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional methods of decorative glass. Our process will never fade. There are no inks, no chemicals or harmful byproducts produced utilizing this technology, just clean laser light that melts glass to the exact design specified.

We specialize in utilizing our library of patterns and images and your custom art, be it vector or raster, to engrave multiple types of glass including clear, low-iron, textured, painted, mirrored, laminated and more in sizes up to 70” x 118” or tiled in even larger sizes.

We are equipped to perform a wide range of project sizes at our manufacturing facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA from design through completion.

About Us

GW was founded in 1999. In the years since, the business has grown from small-scale production of sub-surface laser engraved awards, to large scale international engraving production with thousands of customers around the globe and manufacturing facilities in Southern California and China.

Our Product Divisions

Radiance Glass. Radiance is our architectural and decorative glass manufacturing division of the company, launched in 2017 to pioneer our new surface laser engraving technology. Our customers include architects, designers, contractors, door and furniture manufacturers, signage and wall art companies and more.

Our artists, sales team and management all enjoy our day to day work, carrying over our core strengths learned through many years of design, engraving and customer service to this new, larger format. We believe that providing innovative, quality products and prompt, professional customer service is key to our continued success, happy customers and an enjoyable workspace.

When a customer shares their vision with us, we utilize our nearly two decades of experience to bring it from concept to completion, on time, within budget, and working side by side with the customer from start to finish.

There is virtually no limit to the designs we can engrave in glass. We continue to build our libraries of stock patterns and images, and we welcome custom projects, working with our customers’ art to create a one-of-a-kind engraving, multi-piece project or even mass production, all performed here at our facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Our engraving never fades, even in exterior applications. It will last the lifetime of the glass. And our engraving process is environmentally friendly, using no inks, acids, chemicals, films, or blasting media and does not create any harmful byproducts. Because of this and more, we are proud to offer this technology to North America.

GlassWorks North America. GlassWorks North America, was established in 2014 as a partnership with CERION Laser GmbH of Germany. As the exclusive distributor of Cerion laser systems and software in North America, we provide sales, training and on-going support for Cerion’s wide variety of high-end laser engraving systems.
