Rob Neibel is the President and Founder of JS Biondi Construction, one of the most experienced general contracting companies in the Metro Detroit area.

Before starting his own company, Rob was the VP of Gator Construction for over 7 years, all of which he gained experience in Construction Management, Project Coordination, Estimating, Drafting & Design.  Utilizing the skills and experiences he acquired over years on the job, he established JS Biondi Construction in 2011.  Since then, the company continues to grow exponentially and strives for great customer satisfaction with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. 

As the GC/CM Rob and JS Biondi Construction offer their clients a business partner who works closely with the Architects, Engineers, owners, as well as the investors during the design stages to better serve their clients.  The construction process is facilitated in its entirety; including commercial real estate development services, pre-construction concerns, development of construction budgets and production schedules, management of subcontractors and the finalization of all projects on the most time and cost-effective schedule as possible.
