Her passion for the real estate industry started as an investor and after that as a Real Estate agent. Maria holds an MBA in Business Administration from Kean University.

With over 19 years of experience in construction, architecture and development in South Florida he’s overlooked over 65 projects in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties .

Daniel Rosemond offers 30 years of public administration experience specializing in affordable housing, community and economic development of 70+ affordable housing projects yielding approximately 10,000 units of housing. His knowledge of federal and state grant funding regulations affords him keen insight into the complex structure of affordable housing deals.

Experience Industrial Engineer, with electromechanical skills, dedicated and focused on building high quality commercial & residential renovation projects, as the Social Security administration Office in Pembroke Pines, to high end restaurants and residences. Also responsible for the renovation and maintenance of 85 bank branches, through out a south American country.

Over 30 year experience in the different areas of Construction. Specialized in planning, development and execution of residential and commercial construction projects. Julian has high experience in preparation and execution of budgets, programming of construction works, as well as project management, technical supervision and cost control with extensive experience in obtaining construction permits.
