Scope Of Work
Project Scope: 25,000 s.f. gut/renovation including all new mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. As a design project manager my work included space planning, conceptual design and presentations, FFE (furniture, fixture, equipment) solutions, cost estimating, construction oversight, financial reporting and project close out.
