James (Buster) Mastin founded Mastin Recreation, LLC in 1973. Mastin Recreation, LLC ("MR") is a licensed full service swimming pool contractor offering all phases of new construction and equipment refurbishment to the public and private sector. MR's specialty is commercial swimming pools, water falls and fountains, and water park construction. MR built its reputation on knowledge and practical experience. Since 1973 MR has provided our clients with the highest quality products and outstanding professional service.

MR has provided its clients with services ranging from master planning, layout and design, engineering, new construction, equipment procurement, installation, refurbishment and project management. These "in house" services allow MR to efficiently and economically manage project time lines and project budgets.
