Mike Monroe's Bio
Mike has been working in the DFW market since 1992. Prior to that he served in the Navy as part of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40! This unit is decommissioned now, but it's legacy lives on in the stories told by those part of the "Fighting Forty", and a fantastic movie with John Wayne called "The Fighting Seabees"
Mike has worked for public works departments as well as major plumbing companies in the DFW area. Over the years he has been blessed to have some strong mentors who taught him how to do the job well, handle things that stupify other plumbers, and do so with a level of customer service that allows the commerical and residential customers feel confident in choosing M2 Plumbing & Drains over and over again!
When Mike and Angie started the company they were sick and tired of seeing customers being taken advantage of by companies that were just there to feed their bottom line. Their goal was to serve their clients, and by doing that knew they could build a dedicated following of clients to grow their business. It is amazing that if you just take a few minutes to care for the clients, and listen to them you really don't have to market yourself much. It is amazing how many times we see our name pop up in news feeds for commercial and residential clients looking for a plumber or drain cleaner.
We specialize in drain cleaning and repair, and know that is our sweet spot to serve our clients, but we are not backing down from a challenge. So send us your request! We look forward to working with you!
