With more than 15 years of commercial and residential construction management experience, Agustin Belmontez Jr. brings exceptional leadership and strength to every project. Agustin is responsible for the overall construction quality and safety program. Agustin's extensive experience in both field supervision and construction management has provided the skill and knowledge necessary to direct day to day operations and oversee pre-construction and project management services.

Monica brings years of Construction and Business Development experience alongside Agustin. Since 2001 when they built their Constructions Company, they have worked together to develop and implement growth opportunities within their company and between other organizations.

Monica is a diverse individual with skills in New business development, sales and marketing.  She brings a touch of pizzazz, determination and passion to everything we do here at Belmontez Construction to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shari Miller is a Project Manager with Belmontez Construction. In this role, Shari manages all aspects of construction for a variety of commercial and residential projects.
Shari is no stranger to construction, having spent over 20 years in survey management, subdivision design, and vertical construction, which taught her the value of communication, teamwork, and the importance of viewing both sides of every situation. She also brings to the table a varied wealth of knowledge in color theory, drafting, accounting, and corporate management.
A big believer in volunteering, Shari assisted the American Red Cross as a Disaster Team Leader for 15+ years, as well as served on the board of directors of Gainesville CASA. On the weekends, you can usually find her relaxing with her husband Richard and their two pups, Roo & Joey.

Trisha has over 15 years in the accounting field, from Accounts Payables and Receivables to Collections and Job Costing. She is excellent in coordinating and multi-tasking the daily aspects of running a successful Construction Company.

Trisha comes with a wealth of knowledge in Accounting and Management. She is able to wear many hats and can definitely handle any task placed in front of her.

With 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, Nora is a capable accountant who is successful at managing multiple projects by supplying quick responses to any financial inquiries from internal management as well as from current clients. She is proficient in Accounts Payables & Receivables, Job Costing, Regulatory Reporting, and Tax Accounting. Throughout her career, Nora has gained extensive knowledge in various accounting software and processes. The above mentioned along with her excellent communication skills and pleasant personality, Nora is a great addition to the company.
