Scope Of Work
Block 294E is a 14-story 220-unit apartment tower. Block 295E is a 6-story 160-unit apartment mid-rise. Both blocks include ground floor retail and share a 2-level underground parking garage with 602 parking stalls. Andersen is building the development in a joint venture with JBA Construction.

- locating post-tension cables, conduit, pex tube, and rebar for safe work:
- slab cutting a 2' x 4' opening
- core drilling for compressive strength testing
- installation of podium anchors in wood framed structure
