Who are we?

Primary Finishes LLC. is a family owned and operated painting company. We have 3 generations involved in our daily process. Together we use our individual strengths to create a supportive family environment for our clients and team.

We together as a team are dedicated to building professional and long lasting relationships with all of our clients, employees, and subcontractors. Our relationships with some of our subcontractors are in their 10th year. All of the subcontractors we hire are well-qualified professional painters. We have a highly-experienced management staff working full-time to ensure quality and help foster our relationships. The Primary Finishes team understands that communication and respect are the keys to a successful professional relationship. 

What do we do?

We specialize in commercial production, multi-family units, build outs, office/tenant improvements, rebranding and maintenance painting. We perform both interior and exterior finishing at a competitive rate.

Qualifications? 

We completed a number of projects so far in 2017. Some include, an ongoing build out project that lasted 8 months in St Paul, consisting of office space, an indoor golf course, brewery, and art studios. A Multi-unit apartment building located in Lakeville. This is a smaller 49-unit apartment building that opened in September. As well as, Robbinsdale Community Center gymnasium, corridors, and fitness room this summer. 

We have a number of certifications including OSHA 10 and 30, Aerial lift operation, scaffolding, and swing-stage operation, CPR and First aid. We are also currently waiting on our SBE and WBE certificates.
