Dennis Bedell Contracting

Dennis Bedell has been an established contractor in Orange, San Diego, Riverside and Los Angeles counties since 1974; specializing in concrete site work, flat work, and masonry in residential, industrial and commercial projects. His expertise also extends into the realm of tenant improvements, including remodel work, and more recently, and extensively, ADU installations. Dennis Bedell Contracting is a CERTIFIED Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) as defined by the SBA.

Dennis has a background in construction that is quite extensive and diverse, encompassing various types of projects. His main thrust has been in the industrial/commercial area of constructions. However, he has also been involved with joint ventures, commercial development, custom home building, tenant improvements, and swimming pool construction. The largest project completed to date is a twelve million dollar concrete contract for Palomar Hospital in San Diego.

Dennis Bedell has as in-house staff consisting on concrete masons, block masons, and framers. He has experienced crews in new constructions, tenant improvements, tilt-up, poured-in-place walls, structural concrete, and parking structures.
