J & M Civil Construction Services was founded October 2012. We recognized the need for a specialty concrete company that focused on safety and quality as well as exceeding time schedules. The idea of providing expert foundation construction while maintaining the highest safety standards is our goal. We recognize that the ultimate goal is the complete satisfaction of our Clients.
