Scope Of Work

Katerra is providing all materials, general contracting, and staffing services for Union South Bay, a residential apartment development currently under construction in Carson, CA. The project was designed by Architects Orange. 

The development features 357 residential units within four- and five-story wood frame buildings wrapping two separate concrete parking structures. The larger building will also house approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space.

The property's chic design and amenities combine city and beach living, including a fitness center, pool area, community lounge, rooftop courtyard on top of the parking garage, dog park, spa, and bike repair areas.
