New Construction & Remodels – Our residential division performs new construction and remodels for high-end residential estate properties in La Jolla, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe. We are known for our expertise in delivering homes of the finest quality with the latest design and technology innovations at the best value for our customers. Our people are professional, highly skilled and well trained, extremely efficient and friendly. Efficient scheduling and attention to detail enables our crews to be more productive and produce a higher quality product. In addition, we have assembled a refined group of subcontractors with vast experience.

Legacy – Bothwell Builders 11 years of operations was founded on the family lineage of Bothwell and Flynn families.  Both Matt and Thayer are 3rd generation builders with strong ties to San Diego.  Our passion and dedication has created a construction company focused and rooted in traditional values, dedication to the trade, commitment to quality, diligence towards the highest quality, attentiveness to cost, and a passion for our clients.

The Orchid awards are given to new projects that excel in the execution of Architecture and support the ideals of San Diego growth and planning.  The Orchids & Onions date back over 40 years and have been coveted and prestigious award sought by the development and building community.
