Terra Firma Builders, LLC was founded in August, 2011 by Michael J. Rabena, Sr. and Courtney S. Rabena, born of a desire to offer their clients uncompromising excellence in construction. Michael and Courtney are graduates of Saint Joseph’s University (BS and MS) in Analytical Sciences and Education respectively. Michael’s analytical background is evident in his approach to project cost and time projections. Every cost, milestone, and deadline are mapped out for each client before a contract is signed – this process is monitored throughout the duration of the project.

Terra Firma Builders, LLC is a Builder/Developer, Construction Management and Owner Representation firm that specializes in custom residential and commercial building/renovations. We are currently working in PA, NJ, NY, and FL and have a dedicated team of project managers, rough/finish carpenters and a site contractor/supervisor that work cooperatively to deliver uncompromising superiority. This level of distinction in construction is achieved through a passionate attention to detail, an experienced team of professionals, and unsurpassed customer service.

Terra Firma Builders, LLC works collaboratively with several of the area’s premier architects and designers. Most of our business is with repeat customers and/or word of mouth. We pride ourselves on the relationships that we have developed with our clients.

Eleven years prior to Terra Firma Builders, LLC, Michael was the co-owner of a family owned, general contracting company that built and managed numerous residential and commercial projects in the Tri-state area.
