Scope Of Work

This project began with the demolition of the existing showroom and entry tower on the Crest Ford dealership located in Center Line, Michigan. Construction of a 5,500-square-foot showroom and office space followed, along with the reconfiguration of the existing write-up space and the addition of two enclosed vehicle delivery spaces. New interior finishes completed the renovation of the existing building. All asphalt areas surrounding the dealership were resurfaced to round out the project. While the dealership remained open throughout the entire construction phase, The Alan Group worked closely with the owner and Crest Ford employees to minimize any disruption of their daily routines.
