Scope Of Work
As part of the Opdyke Road development, the new Staybridge Suites is situated right next to the Holiday Inn Express. This 66 thousand square foot hotel will be comprised of 90 quest suites, meeting rooms, a business center, swimming pool, fitness room, bar, kitchen and café. Work began in July 2017 and is scheduled for an April 2018 completion.
