Brian Gracz's Bio
Brian Gracz has always been a builder of great things. He pursued a career in construction management to connect everything he was passionate about: problem solving, working with others in a collaborative environment, and building meaningful places that will be used for years to come. A DPR employee since 1997, Brian has worked in the San Diego, Southern California and Mid-Atlantic regions and currently serves as the regional leader for the Southwest responsible for overall operations in the region.
With a deep commitment to developing ways to improve project delivery through high levels of communication and trust, Brian has a unique combination of technical prowess and leadership aptitude. These skills have been put to the test on technically challenging projects in a variety of industries. Brian has managed more than 20 successful projects for DPR, including the $642 million Palomar Medical Center (awarded Best Healthcare Project in the Nation by ENR in 2012). Now he is 100% focused on advancing our operation in the Southwest, developing and growing high-performing teams, and building great things for many generations to come.
An expert in electrical systems, David Ibarra is an International Leader for DPR. David has had a true passion for engineering since entered the field after he graduated from college in Venezuela. Over 25 years of experience later, he continues to be a valuable team player, technical lead and trusted partner with areas of expertise that include data centers, semiconductor, substations, power plants and oil production/manufacturing facilities. David has worked on over $1.8 billion of data center projects across three continents during his career, and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. David has also been selected by the USGBC’s LEED Steering Committee for the Datacenter Adaptation Working Group and will be involved in making recommendations to change existing LEED credits specific to data centers.

An expert in electrical systems, David Ibarra is an International Leader for DPR. David has had a true passion for engineering since entered the field after he graduated from college in Venezuela. Mike Humphrey's Bio
Mike Humphrey began his career in 1992 as an intern on DPR’s first ground-up project. Mike’s experience includes intensive, hands-on construction management of complex, fast-track, large-scale projects. His expertise includes managing design-build efforts and projects where MEP design-build was a critical performance component. Mike has led highly successful projects with his unique ability to build cohesive teams and bring out the best in those who work with him. A member of DPR's Management Committee, Mike is concentrating on talent management and taking HR, training and recruiting to the next level.

Alison Tripp's Bio
Alison Tripp leads a team of recruiters in search of "aggressive, bullet-smart" employees who help create DPR’s culture and a great place to work. As recruiting leader, Alison uses her vast recruiting and career counseling experience to drive the company forward, finding top talent for DPR ranging from administrative to superintendents to craft employees.
Alison understands the strong technical skills and builder mindset needed to best serve DPR's customers. Scouting talent for offices across the globe, her team is the first step in building great teams who build great things.

Adrian Barrios's Bio
For Adrian Barrios, construction is about more than building facilities; it’s about changing people’s lives. Adrian has been part of DPR’s South Florida team since 2013. Prior to joining DPR, Adrian was building in South Florida for a mid-sized, local general contractor focused on healthcare and higher education. He then moved to the construction team on the owner’s side with the region’s largest healthcare provider. With his expertise in managing complex healthcare projects, he has led DPR to become one of South Florida’s largest and most admired healthcare builders with projects on more than 24 area campuses. As South Florida Business Unit Leader, Adrian builds and leads high-performing teams.
Amir Nekoumand's Bio
Amir Nekoumand has been intrigued by building great things since he began working for his father’s electrical contracting company during the summers when he was a teenager. Amir joined DPR in 2013 and has worked on notable projects including VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital, DPR’s first greenfield, design-build on the East Coast, Riverside Walter Reed Hospital and Capital One West Creek Village. Leading operations in Edison, New Jersey, Amir is focused on developing bullet smart teams to successfully execute projects across core markets, as well as growing customer relationships and DPR’s presence across the area.
With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including 22 with DPR, Andy Andres is a seasoned expert in working with customers to develop spaces that will help their businesses succeed. A USGBC LEED Accredited Professional and graduate from the Virginia Military Institute with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Andy works with DPR teams across the globe to enhance overall project delivery and quality of service for DPR’s high-profile customers, ensuring that the goals of the projects are successfully met.

Andy Hill has always loved the idea of putting in a hard day’s work and being able to physically see all that he has accomplished. As a kid, he and his friends were constantly taking things apart and putting them back together. Since joining DPR in 2008, Andy has worked on some of DPR’s most notable higher education, life sciences and commercial projects. It was Andy’s passion for taking care of people and deep expertise in managing business operations that brought him from Phoenix to Seattle, where he is strategically growing DPR’s presence throughout the Pacific Northwest. As a mentor and advocate, Andy empowers people to combine their passions with business needs as they build great teams, great projects and great relationships.

Camilo Garcia's Bio
Camilo Garcia joined DPR in 2003 as a project engineer after completing his Master's in Construction Management at Purdue University. With DPR, he gained deep technical experience in healthcare and life sciences. In 2011, he moved to Bogota, Colombia where he provided consulting services throughout Latin America to several clients on their lean, IPD and BIM construction practices, and was also heavily engaged with long-lasting customer EMC Corporation by supporting their projects throughout Latin America before relocating to Washington, D.C. in 2014. Camilo is recognized as a strong operations leader for his discipline and commitment to his projects that have created many raving fans among customers. Camilo is one of the Business Unit Leaders for the Northeast, which currently includes D.C., Richmond, Baltimore, Boston and New Jersey.
Chris Bontrager's Bio
Chris Bontrager is DPR’s Business Unit Leader in Atlanta, which serves customers in Georgia and operates as part of DPR's Southeast region. Chris was hired by Hardin Construction in 2000, and joined DPR when it was acquired in 2013. Over the years, Chris has held roles of increasing responsibility from project manager to project executive, leading to his appointment as DPR's Atlanta business unit leader in 2016. Chris also serves on the company’s Southeast region leadership team. With nearly three decades of construction experience, Chris’s leadership expands across the company’s core markets including construction in higher education, commercial office, advanced technology, healthcare and life sciences. Chris has a heart for the community and can often be found giving back to organizations that positively impact the city and region.
Dave Elrod's Bio
Dave Elrod brings his positive energy and hands-on leadership style to the growing Southeast region. Dave provides vision and direction for the company, and has established his reputation, as well as DPR's, by exceeding customer's expectations. He brings the unique ability to lead project teams in team building by utilizing a collaborative process and high performance problem solving techniques.
Hamilton Espinosa's Bio
Since joining DPR in 1998, Hamilton Espinosa has brought years of healthcare construction expertise to his teams. Hamilton’s favorite aspect of his job is being able to build great things that serve a meaningful purpose in the community. His 'total project budget' approach and his unique ability to lead and challenge team members to look at all options have built his excellent reputation, producing results and developing long term working partnerships. In 2011, AZRE Magazine honored Hamilton as Industry Leader of the Year in the General Contractor category on its “People to Know in Commercial Real Estate” list. He also serves on the executive foundation board for the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.
John Arcello's Bio
Some people go through life never realizing their passion—John Arcello is not one of those people. He found his love of construction in high school working as a carpenter. Evolving from a rough carpenter to Advanced Technology Core Market co-leader, John has worked on 40-plus data center projects, totaling more than $3 billion, for such customers as eBay, Equinix, Digital Realty, Facebook and Infomart.
Since joining DPR in 2004, John has taken on a wide range of roles and responsibilities from account management, strategic planning and project evaluation to scheduling, cost controls and subcontractor management. His depth and breadth of experience have helped him enhance overall project delivery and provide consistent, predictable results for customers. Having a true passion for his work, John will be focused on helping to train the next generation of mission critical talent.
Matt Murphy's Bio
Matt Murphy knows the value of hard work—his first job was scraping old paint off pumping units in the oil fields of South Texas. Matt began his career in construction as an estimator for a local site work company in Austin before he transitioned into project management. When he joined DPR in 2006, Matt led business development in DPR’s Texas region, continuing to grow DPR’s reputation as a national leader in commercial construction. His favorite memory is seeing the first DPR tower crane rise above downtown Austin, seeing the DPR logo shining ever forward into the night.
