Thomas V. Costigan Excavating is a family business and has been serving Fairfield County and the greater area for 30 years. We have extensive experience and an excellent reputation in Fairfield County and surrounding areas. We are one of the few full-service excavating contractors in the Greater Fairfield County area that also handle pile installation. 

Experienced with all phases of excavation including water, sewer & septic, storm water construction, bulk cuts and fills, site grading and rock-breaking. Skilled in heavy equipment operation, sub-contractor contracting and supervision. Pile driving (sheet, helix, wood) and shoring. We have the relevant OSHA training, NY State Department of Environmental Conservation certification and job safe practices. 

The company has developed long term relationships with many of the area’s most respected construction firms and tradesmen.
