Talion Construction, LLC, founded by Mr. Willy Talion, 

is a service-disabled veteran-owned construction company that specializes in providing general contracting services to multiple federal agencies in the Pacific Rim.  Our current customers include the Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, Hawai’i National Guard, and the Department of Homeland Security.  We pride ourselves on our core values of integrity, diligence, and leadership, and strive to provide our customers with quality workmanship that is to their complete satisfaction.
