Scope Of Work
HIEP THAI CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT.
Work to be performed at night after closing. Remove contents of space to clear area before demo. Salvage items specified by owner. Discard remaining items in dumpster provided by HIEP THAI. Includes site preparation/ dust prevention- set up and clean up daily until completion. Data networking to be completed by HIEP THAI.
DEMO: Electrical as needed , display cases , upper half of office walls (apprx. 80SF) , entry door , ceramic tile flooring (office/ stairs - apprx. 120SF) , stair/ landing framing , pony wall/ railing , windows separating lease space
INSTALL: Electrical as needed , Fixture package (provided by Marco, and according to provided plans) , frame in opening in wall from window removal- hang drywall , install drywall and corner bead to top of new pony walls , install solid surface caps to tops of pony walls (provided by Marco) , frame up stairs leading up to office (3 steps) , frame new pony wall alongside new steps matching existing height of others , tape/ bed/ texture/ patch all drywall surfaces , paint all drywall surfaces , install ceramic tile/ vinyl cove base in office and on stairs , install stair hand railing
