Our Story

Why Braden Business Systems?
UNIQUE... Braden Business Systems is a unique company that offers a combination of products and services. We provide affordable, interconnected, state of the art solutions that will improve security, overall productivity and enhance a company’s corporate image and environment. Our products include security video surveillance systems, security access control systems, digital copiers, printers, scanners, fax, digital signage, video walls, interactive boars equipment along with telecom and data systems. We are unique because of the variety of business tools we can provide, install and service.

THE DIFFERENCE IS PEOPLE... Our entire staff is made up of highly respected industry professionals that are hand picked in their specific fields because of years of industry experience, dedication to their customers and a willingness to do whatever it takes to assure that the products and services provided are of the highest quality. Interact averages over 15 years of experience per employee.

CREATING A DIFFERENCE... Our dedication to the customer and philosophy of “Total Customer Satisfaction” is very different from our competition. We, as well as the manufacturers we represent, guarantee our products against defects, unreliability and poor quality and will replace them if warranted. Buying your products and services from Interact is like having a double guarantee. We offer a service response time commensurate with customer needs but never more than 4 hours.

BRADEN BUSINESS SYSTEMS  IS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR A VARIETY OF SECURITY SYSTEMS, KYOCERA MITA AND NEC PRODUCT LINES. Each is a multibillion dollar company and manufacturing leader in their respective field. Each offers complete product lines that are highly recommended by all independent research groups and major users. If someone has a need or an application, Interact can provide a highly recommended, state-of-the-art product with uncompromised service. If someone has a need with budget concerns we are able to provide as-new refurbished equipment at greatly reduced prices with as-new guarantees. Interact is also a “Blue Ribbon” service provider for Nortel telecom systems and Hewlett Packard printers.

SIZE ADVANTAGE... As a locally owned and operated company we are always quick to respond to both problems and opportunities and will always give our customers a personal “hands on approach.” Most big vendors profess to have this ability but rarely if ever show it or are willing to offer it.
