Bart Berneking Design + Build works closely with trades people, engineers, and suppliers to help assure that the client’s project will be completed to their desired specification, while achieving an aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective product.  We offer complete design build services, where we retain the designer or architect and assume the responsibility for both the design and construction.  This results in the ability to control project cost, quality, and scheduling from start to finish.
